Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Magic's coach let to play eleven players and allowed the starting five to rest. Ringwood Hawks moved-up to second place in League. Loser Magic dropped to the ninth position with two games lost. Ringwood Hawks will face Stingrays (#7) in Geelong in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Magic will play at home against Blackburn V. and hope to win that game.
