Regular Season Round 24: AIK Basket - Koping Stars 95-97

Fourth-ranked AIK Basket (18-8) made lots of trouble for first ranked Koping Stars (24-1) in Solna on Tuesday. The visitors from Koping managed to secure only two-point victory 97-95. However their fans expected easier game. Koping Stars made 25-of-32 free shots (78.1 percent) during the game, while AIK Basket only scored nine points from the stripe. 26 personal fouls committed by AIK Basket helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was Serbian guard Aleksa Solevic (188-93, agency: Dynamics Global Management) who scored 21 points, 5 rebounds and 9 assists. Koping Stars are looking forward to face Hogsbo (#6) in Goteborg in the next round where they are favorite. AIK Basket will have a break next round.
