Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both sixth ranked Brasilia and 7th ranked Blumenau had identical 4-5 record. This time Brasilia used a home court advantage and defeated the opponent from Blumenau 76-69. It was a good game for American guard Louis Munks (190-90, college: Prairie View A&M) who led his team to a victory with 24 points. Forward Luiz Edwards (197-94) contributed with 12 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Four Brasilia players scored in double figures. Brasilia's coach Brenno Brassioli allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Point guard Lucas-Henrique Moreira (181-94) answered with 14 points and 7 rebounds and power forward Andre-Liuz de-Oliveira (205-84) added 7 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Blumenau. Brasilia have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to fifth place. Blumenau at the other side keeps the seventh position with six games lost. Brasilia's next round opponent will be higher ranked UniFacisa (#4) and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Blumenau will play against the league's second-placed Sao Jose and hope to win that game.
