State League round 6 caused change at the leadership position. First defeat of league's leader Magic (5-1) against twelfth ranked Senators (1-4) 76-73 was the most important game of the last round. It was a good game for center Amber Land (188) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 15 rebounds and 5 assists. American forward Janee Johnson (185, college: Seton Hall) contributed with 13 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. American guard Anita Brown (173, college: Akron) replied with 28 points and 8 rebounds and Kelly Bailey added 10 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Magic. Senators left bottom position moving up to tenth place in League. Magic at the other side dropped to the second position with one game lost. They were replaced at the leadership position by Brisbane C.. Magic will have a break next week, which should allow them to rest and make it back to the top of the standings. Senators will try to continue on its current victory against eleventh ranked Hawks in Floreat.
