Regular Season Round 6: Werribee D. - Casey C. 101-105

We should not miss the game where fourth ranked Casey C. (3-2) against Devils (2-3) where Casey C. won on the road by four points 105-101. Casey C. forced 20 Devils turnovers. 32 personal fouls committed by Devils helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Naturalized British forward Matthew Donlan (201, college: Youngstown St.) notched 30 points to lead the effort and American forward Raheem Lemons (196-93, college: Central State) supported him with 24 points and 8 rebounds. Even a double-double of 35 points (!!!) and 10 rebounds by American forward Konor Kulas (201-94, college: S.Dakota Mines) did not help to save the game for Devils. Deng Chan added 28 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Five Casey C. and four Devils players scored in double figures. Casey C. moved-up to third place in League. Devils at the other side dropped to the tenth position with three games lost. Casey C. will have a break next round. Devils will play on the road against Waverley Falcons (#5) in Mount Waverley and hope to win that game.
