Fourth ranked Tijuana Zonkeys (5-3) crushed at home 8th ranked Pioneros Los Mochis (2-5) by 19 points 96-77, which is the biggest margin this round on Tuesday night. Tijuana Zonkeys shot the lights out from three sinking 14 long-distance shots on high 58.3 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. American forward Mychal Ammons (198-92, college: S.Alabama) fired 29 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. His fellow American import guard Gary Ricks (185-91, college: Drake) chipped in 18 points and 5 assists. Four Tijuana Zonkeys players scored in double figures. Tijuana Zonkeys' coach James Penny used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
