An interesting game for Sesto SG (25-3) which hosted in Sesto San Giovanni 3rd ranked Alpo VF (21-7). First ranked Sesto SG managed to get a 6-point victory 61-55. The winners were led by the former international point guard Giulia Arturi (175-87, agency: SPORTlab Agency) who scored that evening 15 points and 6 assists and power forward Veronica Schieppati (185-90) supported her with 6 points and 8 rebounds. Even a double-double of 18 points and 13 rebounds by power forward Veronica DellOlio (190-93) did not help to save the game for Alpo VF. Forward Arianna Zampieri (183-88) added 11 points and 6 rebounds for lost side. Sesto SG maintains first position in A2 with 25-3 record. Loser Alpo VF keeps the third place with seven games lost.
