Host Toshiba Thunders were defeated by Tochigi Brex in Kanagawa 75-64. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Toshiba Thunders. American power forward Nick Fazekas (211-85, college: Nevada) produced a double-double by scoring 22 points and 11 rebounds and the former international swingman Naoto Tsuji (185-89) added 16 points and 4 assists respectively for lost side. Toshiba Thunders' coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Defending champion maintains fourth position with 32-24 record. Loser Toshiba Thunders keep the third place with 19 games lost. Tochigi Brex will face Hitachi Sunrockers (#6) in Tokyo in the next round.
