Regular Season Round 31: Andorra II - Mataro Feimat 91-80

There was a minor upset when 9th ranked Mataro Feimat (10-15) was defeated on the road by twelfth ranked Andorra II (7-18) 91-80 on Saturday. Andorra II looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. It was a great evening for American guard Jalen Jones (188-95, college: Texas Arlington) who led his team to a victory scoring 23 points and 6 rebounds. Center Cinto Gabriel (199-87) helped adding 17 points and 10 rebounds. Four Andorra II players scored in double figures. At the losing side guard Santiago Serrataco (187-90) responded with 28 points and 5 rebounds and David Romero (-90) scored 16 points and 9 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Andorra II maintains twelfth place in Group C-B with 7-18 record. Mataro Feimat lost their third game in a row. They dropped to the bottom position with 15 games lost. Andorra II will face higher ranked Palma II (#5) in S'Arenal in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
