The most exciting game of round 55 in the B League D2 took place in Matsuyama. This derby game ended with only three-point home defeat of 4th placed Orange Vikings (30-25) to fifth ranked Aomori Watts (16-39) 80-77 on Saturday evening. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Orange Vikings. American players dominated the game. Worth to mention a great performance of center Kyle Barone (208-89, college: Idaho) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 30 points, 16 rebounds and 4 blocks. Swingman Lakeem Jackson (195-90, college: S.Carolina, agency: SDJ Sports) contributed with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Forward Chehales Tapscott (195-90, college: Portland St.) answered with a double-double by scoring 27 points and 16 rebounds and center Conor Clifford (213-93, college: Washington St.) added 13 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Orange Vikings. Four Orange Vikings players scored in double figures. Aomori Watts maintains fifth place with 16-39 record. Orange Vikings at the other side dropped to the third position with 25 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
