Everything went according to plan when leader Spectres (4-0) defeated 3rd placed BA CoE (2-1) in East Burwood 73-63 on Sunday. Spectres made 20-of-22 free shots (90.9 percent) during the game. Strangely BA CoE outrebounded Spectres 43-29 including 33 on the defensive glass. Quite impressive performance for Thomas Wright who helped to win the game recording 17 points and 7 rebounds. Sam McDonald (-84) contributed with 10 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. Four Spectres players scored in double figures. Alexander Mudronja (-99) answered with 14 points and 7 rebounds and power forward Samson Froling (210-0) added 10 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for BA CoE. Spectres maintains first place in League with 4-0 record. Loser BA CoE dropped to the fifth position with one game lost. Spectres will face league's second-placed Bandits in Albury in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week.
