Regular Season Round 27: Grissin Bon RE - Fiat TO 89-82

We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams in Reggio Emilia where 11th ranked Fiat TO (12-15) was defeated by twelfth ranked Grissin Bon RE (12-15) 89-82. They made 21-of-26 charity shots (80.8 percent) during the game. Grissin Bon RE outrebounded Fiat TO 35-21 including 25 on the defensive glass. Four Fiat TO players scored in double figures. Fiat TO's coach Paolo Galbiati rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Grissin Bon RE moved-up to eleventh place, which they share with defeated Fiat TO. Fiat TO lost their seventh game in a row. Grissin Bon RE's next round opponent will be higher ranked MIA-RO Cantu (#8) on the road and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
