CIBACOPA top team - Tijuana Zonkeys (8-3) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed tenth ranked Halcones de Ciudad Obregon (1-11) 107-86. Tijuana Zonkeys shot 62.5 percent from the field. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Halcones de Ciudad Obregon's players. Worth to mention a quality performance of forward Carlos Perez (198-92) who helped to win the game recording 23 points and 5 rebounds and point guard Luis Ramirez (180-82) who added 15 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) during the contest.
