Finals Game 3: Beroe - Montana 81-74

Beroe knocked down Montana to stay alive in the championship series. They now trail 1-2 in the best-of-five series. Montana 2003 trailed by 17 points after 3 quarters before a 24-14 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 74-81 at the end of the game. Beroe made 19-of-23 free shots (82.6 percent) during the game. Beroe had a 29-17 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a great evening for international swingman Teodora Dineva (178-96) who led her team to a victory scoring 14 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. International forward Gabriela Nikolova (183-97) helped adding 13 points and 8 rebounds. The best for the losing side was the former international power forward Dimana Makarieva-Georgieva (188-88) with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds and international Radostina Dimitrova (181-94) produced a double-double by scoring 17 points and 9 rebounds. Five Beroe and four Montana 2003 players scored in double figures.
