It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Melilla Baloncesto. The game was mostly controlled by Castello. Melilla Baloncesto was better in second period 26-23. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Castello players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Congolese forward Charles Nkaloulou (199-94) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points and 12 rebounds. Guard Jose-Maria Garcia (193-87) contributed with 12 points and 6 assists for the winners. Four Castello players scored in double figures. Senegalese center Massine Fall (208-93) replied with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 13 rebounds and Miguel Servera (198-92) added 5 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists in the effort for Melilla Baloncesto. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Castello moved-up to sixth place. Melilla Baloncesto at the other side keeps the fifth position with 13 games lost.
