There was an upset in Kalamunda where higher ranked Stirling S. (6-3) was outplayed by tenth ranked Suns (4-6) 108-73 on Saturday. Suns forced 22 Stirling S. turnovers. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Suns moved-up to ninth place in League. Loser Stirling S. keeps the third position with three games lost. Suns will face Cougars (#11) in Hamilton Hill in the next round. Stirling S. will play at home against the league's second-placed Buccaneers (#2) and will have a slim chance for a victory.
