Regular Season Round 30: Milano - Fanola SML 51-65

There was a surprise result when twelfth ranked Fanola SML (8-22) won against on the road higher ranked Milano (17-13) 65-51 on Saturday. Fanola SML forced 22 Milano turnovers. The best player for the winners was international power forward Jasmine Keys (190-97) who had a double-double by scoring 26 points and 15 rebounds. Forward Martina Fassina (183-99) chipped in 14 points and 7 rebounds. Fanola SML's coach Enrico Valentini used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was forward Martina Picotti (184-90) who recorded a double-double by scoring 10 points and 15 rebounds and swingman Susanna Toffali (170-98) added 18 points respectively. Fanola SML moved-up to eleventh place in A2. Loser Milano keeps the eighth position with 13 games lost.
