Regular Season Round 32: Ardoi - Valle de Egues 82-67

Everything went according to plan in Zizur Mayor where ninth ranked Ardoi (14-16) won against 14th ranked Valle de Egues (9-21) 82-67 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Ardoi. Valle de Egues was better in second period 23-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The best player for the winners was power forward Jon Uriarte (202-85, college: Faulkner) who scored 12 points and 9 rebounds. Guard Ignacio Urtasun (187-80) chipped in 7 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists. Mamadou Tew produced a double-double by scoring 12 points and 13 rebounds and Aingeru Ochotorena added 16 points respectively for the guests. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Ardoi have an impressive five-game winning streak. They moved-up to eighth place in Group A-A, which they share with Valladolid Univ. Valle de Egues lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the fourteenth position with 21 games lost.
