An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Durango. Third ranked Aguilas Doradas de Durango faced second-ranked Ostioneros de Guaymas. Host Aguilas Doradas de Durango (9-4) smashed guests from Guaymas (9-4) 97-67. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Ostioneros de Guaymas. Ostioneros de Guaymas' coach gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Aguilas Doradas de Durango keeps a position of league leader, which they share with 3 other teams including defeated Ostioneros de Guaymas. Aguilas Doradas de Durango will play against Rayos de Hermosillo (#5) at home in the next round. Ostioneros de Guaymas will play against Lobos UAD Mazatlan (#9) and hope to get back on the winning track.
