Regular Season Round 27: Maccabi Rishon - Ironi Nes-Ziona 91-101

Everything could happen in Rishon Le-Zion at the game between two tied teams. Both tenth ranked Ironi Nes-Ziona and 8th ranked Maccabi Rishon had identical 10-16 record. But Maccabi Rishon was not able to use a home court advantage and was defeated by the opponent from Nes Ziyona 101-91 on Saturday night. They dropped to the ninth position with 17 games lost. Ironi Nes-Ziona will face higher ranked Galil Gilboa (#5) in Rosh Pina in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Maccabi Rishon will play on the road against Bnei Hasharon (#11) in Hod Hasharon and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
