Rather expected game in Rustavi where 6th ranked Olimpi (16-16) was defeated by fourth ranked Energy Invest (21-11) 79-62 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Energy Invest. Olimpi managed to win second period 19-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The best player for the winners was American point guard Adam Blazek (185-92, college: Gannon) who scored 20 points, 9 rebounds, 8 assists and 5 steals. International point guard Revazi Chachanidze (183-90) chipped in 24 points. Energy Invest's coach Mikheil Beruashvili used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was forward Giorgi Gugeshashvili (197-96) who recorded a double-double by scoring 22 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists and forward Luka Giorgadze (197-97) added 9 points and 8 rebounds respectively. Energy Invest have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Dinamo Tbilisi. Olimpi at the other side keeps the sixth position with 16 games lost.
