Triglav had little trouble en route to the opening win versus Ilrija. The game without a history. Triglav led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 16-of-18 charity shots (88.9 percent) during the game. Triglav outrebounded Ilrija 40-26 including 29 on the defensive glass. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 30 assists comparing to just 6 passes made by Ilrija's players. The former international point guard Rebeka Abramovic (172-93) stepped up and scored 20 points and 7 assists for the winners and guard Urska Zibert (174-93) chipped in 17 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists. Four Triglav players scored in double figures. At the losing side Ela Micunovic (182-97) responded with 15 points and guard Eva Jamnik (172-99) scored 13 points.
