Not a big story in a game in Geelong where 12th ranked Stingrays (1-7) were defeated by sixth ranked Casey C. (4-4) 101-89 on Saturday. The best player for the winners was American forward Raheem Lemons (196-93, college: Central State) who had a double-double by scoring 20 points, 10 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals. Brandon Polk chipped in 21 points. At the other side the best for losing team was American power forward Julius Brooks (206-90, college: Loyola, MD) who recorded a double-double by scoring 23 points and 14 rebounds and guard Michael Rebula (189-90) added 12 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists respectively. Stingrays' coach let to play eleven players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Casey C. maintains sixth place in League with 4-4 record.
