Regular Season Round 31: Strasbourg U21 - Antibes 66-63

Eighteenth-ranked Antibes (0-25) gave a tough game to second ranked Strasbourg U21 (21-9). Strasbourg U21 managed to secure only three-point victory 66-63. However their fans expected much easier game. Strasbourg U21 forced 24 Antibes turnovers. It was an exceptional evening for forward Quentin Goulmy (206-98) who led the winners and scored 16 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists. Guard Vincent Pota (188-98) accounted for 11 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side. Strasbourg U21's coach used entire bench in such tough game. Guard Robin Pradines (192-0) came up with 23 points and 4 assists (made all of his seven free throws) and guard Thomas Durand (190-97) added 11 points and 12 rebounds respectively for Antibes in the defeat. Strasbourg U21 have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain second place with 21-9 record having three points less than leader Cholet. Antibes at the other side still closes the standings. Strasbourg U21 will play against Le Mans (#16) on the road in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Antibes will play against Le Portel and hopes to get finally their first victory.
