No shocking result in a game in Cotton Tree where leader Sunshine CP (3-0) edged bottom-ranked Gladstone Port City Power (0-2) 109-108 on Sunday. However just one-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Sunshine CP outrebounded Gladstone Port City Power 57-39 including 19 on the offensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 32 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Sunshine CP made 7 blocks. Sunshine CP will face Rollers (#4) in Gold Coast in the next round.
