The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of undefeated Buducnost (7-1) in Podgorica on Wednesday night. Hosts were defeated by third ranked Mornar Bar (6-2) 75-71. It ended at the same time the seven-game winning streak of Buducnost. It may be a crucial game in the contest for the top position in the league. Worth to mention a great performance of international point guard Derek Needham (180-90, college: Fairfield) who helped to win the game recording 14 points and 6 assists and international guard Nemanja Vranjes (187-88) who added 19 points during the contest. The former international swingman Suad Sehovic (197-87) responded with 14 points and 6 rebounds and American guard Kyle Gibson (196-87, college: Louisiana Tech, agency: BeoBasket) scored 16 points. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Mornar Bar have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Sutjeska. Defending champion Buducnost still keeps top position with one game lost. Mornar Bar is looking forward to face Lovcen (#4) in Cetinje in the next round. Buducnost will play on the road against Teodo Tivat and is hoping to win this game.
