Rather expected game when 11th ranked Blackburn V. (2-8) lost to ninth ranked Hume City Broncos (4-6) in Melbourne 75-79 on Sunday. It was a very good performance for American forward Trevon Clayton (198, college: Fresno Pacific) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds. The other American import guard Mike Rose (193-87, college: E.Kentucky) contributed with 21 points and 4 steals for the winners. Four Hume City Broncos players scored in double figures. Brendan Trewella replied with 26 points and 4 assists and Michael DAgostino added 14 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Blackburn V.Blackburn V.'s coach let to play ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Hume City Broncos moved-up to eighth place in League. Newly promoted Blackburn V. keeps the eleventh position with eight games lost.
