ProA U21 top team - Cholet (31-3) had no problems winning another game on Tuesday. This time they crushed fifteenth ranked Le Mans (9-25) 111-81. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Le Mans. Cholet dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Le Mans' 42. Cholet forced 30 Le Mans turnovers and outrebounded them 45-34 including 19 on the offensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Center Melvyn Govindy (213-97) nailed a double-double by scoring 31 points and 16 rebounds for the winning side and Congolese forward Rigo Edzata (203-97) accounted for 17 points and 8 rebounds. Matthieu Gauzin came up with 20 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists and swingman Brahim Dohou (192-99) added 12 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Le Mans in the defeat. Five Cholet and four Le Mans players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Cholet maintains first place with 31-3 record. Loser Le Mans keeps the fifteenth position with 25 games lost. They share it with Boulazac.
