Seventh-ranked Kangoeroes (13-23) gave a tough game to fifth ranked Belfius Mons-Hainaut (20-16) in Jemappes. Belfius Mons-Hainaut managed to secure only one-point victory 85-84. However their fans expected easier game. Belfius Mons-Hainaut outrebounded Kangoeroes 46-35 including 34 on the defensive glass. The winners were led by American power forward Bryan Davis (206-86, college: Texas A&M) who scored that evening 21 points and 9 rebounds and the other American import guard Tre Demps (188-93, college: Northwestern) supported him with 22 points. Even 24 points and 6 rebounds by Senegalese power forward Pape Badji (208-92) did not help to save the game for Kangoeroes. American forward Kwan Cheatham-Jr (208-95, college: Akron) added 10 points and 13 rebounds. Four Kangoeroes players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Belfius Mons-Hainaut have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain fifth position with 20-16 record. Kangoeroes lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the seventh place with 23 games lost.
