Finals Game 2: Levski Lukoil - Balkan 71-65

Levski Lukoil outgunned Balkan to draw things even in the championship series. Balkan trailed by 11 points after 3 quarters before a 19-14 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 65-71 at the end of the game. The best player for the winners was the former international guard Bozhidar Avramov (196-90) who scored 19 points and 4 assists. DR Congolese forward Omari Gudul (206-94, college: Angelo St., agency: Two Points) chipped in 11 points and 7 rebounds. Levski Lukoil's coach Konstantin Papazov used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American forward DeVaughn Washington (202-89, college: Ohio, agency: Mansfield and Associates) produced a double-double by scoring 15 points and 11 rebounds and the former international swingman Hristo Zahariev (197-90) added 15 points respectively for the guests.
