Semi-Finals Game 4: Steaua CSM - UBT Cluj Napoca 86-78

Steaua CSM topped Cluj Napoca to even the series at 2-2 and force decider. The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 22-9. But UBT Cluj Napoca won second period 21-19. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when Steaua CSM won last quarter 24-18. They made 26-of-34 charity shots (76.5 percent) during the game. Worth to mention a great performance of American swingman Jonte Flowers (196-85, college: Winona St.) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and 7 rebounds. The other American import power forward Randal Falker (201-85, college: S.Illinois) contributed with 14 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Four Steaua CSM players scored in double figures. American-Liberian guard Lasan Kromah (198-91, college: Connecticut) replied with 20 points and 5 rebounds and Slovenian Miha Lapornik (194-93) added 13 points in the effort for UBT Cluj Napoca. UBT Cluj Napoca's coach Mihai Silvasan rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
