American power forward Lamar Mallory (201-90, college: Glenville St.) chipped in 14 points and 9 rebounds. Worth to mention Mallory played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped get the job in pro basketball. American forward Mike Best (208-93, college: Cal-Irvine) produced a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds and his fellow American import forward Daniel Camps (196-94, college: Queens, NC) added 13 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists respectively for lost side. Five Bandits and four Diamond Valley Eagles players scored in double figures. Bandits moved-up to fifth place in League. Loser Diamond Valley Eagles keep the seventh position with ten games lost. Bandits will face Bendigo Braves (#6) at home in the next round. Diamond Valley Eagles will play against Tigers in Melbourne and hope to win that game.
