Very expected game in Montevideo where 12th ranked Larre Borges (3-6) were defeated by eighth ranked 25 de Agosto (5-4) 95-84 on Friday. Larre Borges were plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Martin Rojas (197-98) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 29 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists and American guard Jesse Hardin (188-93, college: Walsh) who added 26 points and 7 assists during the contest. Naturalized American point guard Tim Jennings (193-83, college: Gardner-Webb) responded with 22 points and 5 assists (was perfect 10-for-10 from the free throw line !!!) and center Joaquin Jones (202-97) scored 12 points and 8 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. 25 de Agosto moved-up to fifth place, which they share with 3 other teams.
