Sydney City Comets outrebounded Bankstown Bruins 50-25 including a 17-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a great evening for guard Jaden Weldon (185, college: Delta St.) who led his team to a victory scoring 31 points and 5 steals. Alex Overs helped adding 21 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. At the losing side Alexander Foster responded with 22 points and guard Ryan Morgan (190) scored 16 points. Sydney City Comets maintains fifth place in League with 10-7 record. Loser Bankstown Bruins keep the eleventh position with 16 games lost. Sydney City Comets will face Sutherland Sharks (#7) on the road in the next round. Bankstown Bruins will play against Maitland Mustangs (#9) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
