The game in supposed to be also worth to mention about. Fifth ranked UCU Ladies (8-2) played at the court of 7th ranked Nkumba LM (4-7). UCU Ladies smashed Nkumba LM 80-54. UCU Ladies dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Nkumba LM's 26. They outrebounded Nkumba LM 51-37 including a 39-27 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a good game for Kenyan center Vilma Achieng (-94) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 17 rebounds. International forward Sarah Ageno (176-96) contributed with 16 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Four UCU Ladies players scored in double figures. Coach 's team controlled all game and the coach could let to play 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Guard Brenda Ekone (152-96) replied with 23 points and 8 rebounds and forward Fina Busingye (-93) added 16 points in the effort for Nkumba LM. UCU Ladies have a solid four-game winning streak. Defending champion moved-up to second place, which they share with KCC Leopards and A1 Challenge. Nkumba LM at the other side keeps the seventh position with seven games lost.
