Important game to mention about took place in . Second ranked Manquehue (5-2) saved a 2-point derby victory at home edging 4th placed Brisas (2-5) 52-50 on Saturday evening. It was a good game for the former international Fernando Schuler (190-91) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. Nicolas Atala (-98) contributed with 11 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Power forward Sascha Frings (202-86) answered with 9 points and 18 rebounds and guard Francisco Torres (170-93) added 11 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for Brisas. Brisas' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Manquehue maintains second place in Pro with 5-2 record despite having the same number of points like the leader Boston Coll. Brisas at the other side keep the fourth position with five games lost. Manquehue will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Brisas will play against Quilicura (#3) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
