Regular Season Round 5: Hanoi B. - Can Tho CF 77-92

Very significant was Can Tho CF's (#1, 7-1) victory against 3rd placed Hanoi B. (5-3) 92-77. American power forward DeAngelo Hamilton (203-90, college: Washington St.) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 30 points, 15 rebounds and 5 assists (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field) for the winners and Sang Dinh-Thanh chipped in 22 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. American forward Michael Bell (206-82, college: Florida Atlantic) responded with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 20 rebounds and 4 assists and the former international point guard Ngoc Tu Le (179-90) scored 17 points and 5 steals. Five Can Tho CF and four Hanoi B. players scored in double figures. Can Tho CF (7-1) have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They maintain first place. Hanoi B. at the other side keeps the third position with three games lost. Can Tho CF will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Hanoi B. will play against Thang Long W. and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
