Lochlan Hutchison orchestrated the victory by scoring 28 points and 5 assists. American guard Jeff Van-Dyke (188-95, college: Cal-San Diego) contributed with 24 points for the winners. Power forward Tom Dawson (197) replied with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 23 rebounds and guard Jaden Weldon (185, college: Delta St.) added 24 points and 4 assists in the effort for Sydney City Comets. Sutherland Sharks moved-up to sixth place in League. Loser Sydney City Comets keep the fifth position with seven games lost. Sutherland Sharks will face Crusaders (#7) in Terrigal in the next round. Sydney City Comets will play at home against Norths Soul Sports Bears and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
