Another exciting game was played in Dandenong between sixth ranked Hobart Chargers and 5th ranked Rangers where Hobart Chargers (10-9) beat Rangers (9-10) on the road with 16-point difference 89-73. Hobart Chargers outrebounded Rangers 40-25 including 26 on the defensive glass. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Klara Wischer (185-91, college: San Diego) who helped to win the game recording 37 points (!!!) and 7 rebounds. American guard Brittany Smart (175-85, college: Cedarville) contributed with 13 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists for the winners. Four Hobart Chargers players scored in double figures. Power forward Tayla Roberts (191-93) answered with 22 points and 9 rebounds and power forward Kiera Rowe (183-99) added 16 points in the effort for Rangers. Hobart Chargers moved-up to fifth place in League. Rangers at the other side dropped to the sixth position with ten games lost. Hobart Chargers will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Rangers will play at home against Nationals (#6) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
