The game in was also worth to mention about. Fourth ranked KCC Leopards (9-2) played at the court of 7th ranked Magic Stormers (4-7). KCC Leopards managed to secure a 4-point victory 67-63. KCC Leopards forced 24 Magic Stormers turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international guard Judith Nansobya (170-86) who helped to win the game recording 36 points (!!!). Guard Cynthia Irakunda (-91) contributed with 9 points, 5 rebounds, 11 assists and 6 steals for the winners. Jane Asinde answered with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 17 rebounds and Racheal Nanyonga added 22 points and 12 rebounds in the effort for Magic Stormers. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. The victory was the ninth consecutive win for KCC Leopards. They moved-up to third place, which they share with UCU Ladies. Magic Stormers lost their fourth game in a row. They keep the seventh position with seven games lost. KCC Leopards will play against Javon Ladies (#9) in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Magic Stormers will play against the league's leader A1 Challenge and hope to get back on the winning track.
