Regular Season Round 20: Luoyang - Lhasa 131-141

No shocking result in a game when eighth ranked Lhasa (9-10) beat on the road 10th ranked Luoyang (7-12) 141-131 on Wednesday. The winners were led by American swingman Lamar Patterson (196-91, college: Pittsburgh, agency: Pensack Sports) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 71 points (!!!), 12 rebounds and 8 assists and forward Kun Si (195-95) supported him with 24 points. Even a double-double of 46 points (!!!) and 17 rebounds by Nigerian forward Ebi Ndudi (206-84) did not help to save the game for Luoyang. Forward Shuai Liu (196-95) added 26 points and 7 assists for the hosts. Four Lhasa and five Luoyang players scored in double figures. Lhasa maintains eighth position with 9-10 record, which they share with Henan. Luoyang lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the tenth place with 12 games lost. They share the position with Fujian. Lhasa will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Luoyang will play against Guizhou (#5) and hope to secure a win.
