Very predictable result in Runaway Bay where fourth ranked Sunshine CR (12-5) defeated 14th ranked NGC Seahawks (3-14) 83-66 on Saturday. Power forward Joshua Tueta (202-89, college: MSU-Northern) had a double-double by scoring 24 points and 12 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and guard Isaih Tueta (187-91) chipped in 15 points and 7 assists during the contest. Four Sunshine CR players scored in double figures. At the losing side American swingman Jerron Jamerson (193, college: Goshen) responded with 19 points and 9 rebounds and his fellow American import swingman Quinton Campbell (201-93, college: S.Mississippi) produced a double-double by scoring 12 points and 17 rebounds. NGC Seahawks' coach let to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Sunshine CR maintains fourth position in League with 12-5 record. Newly promoted NGC Seahawks keep the fourteenth place with 14 games lost. Sunshine CR will face Brisbane Spartans (#15) at home in the next round which should be an easy win for them.
