Very significant was Brisbane Capitals' (#5) 86-73 road victory against 6th ranked Cairns Marlins in League. Brisbane Capitals forced 20 Cairns Marlins turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. American point guard Brandon Davis (183, college: Alaska-Fairb.) notched 15 points and 8 assists to lead the effort and the other American import point guard Aaron Anderson (178, college: N.Dakota) supported him with 16 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists.
