No shocking result in a game when tenth ranked Lhasa (11-13) beat on the road 13th ranked Beijing (4-20) 110-102. 26 personal fouls committed by Beijing helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was American swingman Lamar Patterson (196-91, college: Pittsburgh, agency: Pensack Sports) who scored 47 points (!!!), 6 rebounds and 9 assists. Forward DaPeng Yang (199-93) chipped in 18 points and 7 rebounds. American forward Devonte Upson (206-93, college: SE Louisiana) produced a double-double by scoring 21 points and 13 rebounds and his fellow American import guard Marquis Weddle (185-88, college: W.Virg.Wesl.) added 20 points and 13 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Four Lhasa and five Beijing players scored in double figures. Lhasa moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Fujian. Beijing lost ninth consecutive game. They keep the thirteenth position with 20 games lost. Lhasa's next round opponent will be higher ranked Guizhou (#5) at home and it may be quite challenging game. Beijing will play against Henan (#8) and hope to win that game.
