Mataro Parc Boet used a home court advantage and outleveled the opponent from Zaragoza 94-75 on Saturday night. The game without a history. Mataro Parc Boet led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Guard Marc Rubio (186-88) stepped up and scored 22 points for the winners and American forward Nick Moore (198-91, college: Nyack) chipped in 12 points and 12 rebounds. Four Mataro Parc Boet players scored in double figures. At the losing side center Jaime Pradilla (207-1) responded with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 11 rebounds and Ander Urdiain scored 23 points and 7 rebounds. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Mataro Parc Boet will face Salt (#5) on the road in the next round. Olivar will play against Esparreguera (#11) and hope to win that game.
