Regular Season Round 3: Boulazac - Monaco 87-66

The most surprising game was a loss of Monaco (2-1) on the court of Boulazac on Saturday night. Visitors were rolled over by Boulazac 87-66. Boulazac forced 22 Monaco turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. It was a good game for point guard Victor Mopsus (182-99) who led his team to a victory with 17 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Guard Mathieu Nzita (185-99) contributed with 16 points for the winners. Boulazac's coach Bertrand Parvaud felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Guard Kevin Cham (189-98, college: High School) answered with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 6 rebounds and 10 assists and guard Anton Boisson (195-99) added 18 points in the effort for Monaco. Boulazac is looking forward to face Chalon (#11) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Monaco will play against Nanterre (#13) and is hoping to win this game.
