But Bielsko-Biala was not able to use a home court advantage and lost to the opponent from Bytom 93-88 on Saturday night. Polonia Bytom made 19-of-25 free shots (76.0 percent) during the game. Emil Podkowinski (194-88) fired 30 points and 5 assists (made all of his nine free throws !!!) for the winners. Point guard Krzysztof Wasowicz (183-94) chipped in 26 points and 5 assists. Point guard Mateusz Adamus (182-91) produced 17 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists and forward Robert Kozaczka (199-81) added 14 points and 10 rebounds respectively for lost side. Four Polonia Bytom and five Bielsko-Biala players scored in double figures. Bielsko-Biala's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Polonia Bytom will face AZS PCz in Czestochowa in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Bielsko-Biala will play on the road against MCKiS Jaworz. (#5) in Jaworzno and hope to win that game.
