No shocking result in a game when Sodertalje Kings (2-0) crushed at home Uppsala Basket (0-4) 105-57 on Sunday. The game without a history. Sodertalje Kings led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Uppsala Basket's 30. Sodertalje Kings forced 23 Uppsala Basket turnovers. Sodertalje Kings' coach Ludwig Degernas felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. DR Congolese-French forward Eric Katenda (206-92, college: N.Texas) replied with 14 points and 9 rebounds and swingman Axel Nordstrom (193-91, agency: Dynamics Global Management) added 11 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for Uppsala Basket. Sodertalje Kings will face Boras Basket at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Uppsala Basket will play against Koping Stars (#8) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
