Another exciting game was played in Selfoss between Hamar and FSU where Hamar (1-0) beat FSU (0-1) on the road 90-81. FSU was plagued by 28 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Everage Richardson (191-85, college: Co.Carolina, agency: DTMones) who helped to win the game recording 32 points and 6 rebounds. Point guard Gabriel Moller (182-99) contributed with 16 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Four Hamar players scored in double figures. Guard Bjorn Asgeirsson (184-0) answered with 22 points and 5 rebounds and Croatian-Canadian guard Matej Delinac (188-92, college: Peru St.) added 17 points in the effort for FSU. Hamar will play against Sindri in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. FSU will play against Thor AK in Akureyri and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
