Very expected game in Kolobrzeg where Kotwica (0-2) was crushed by Polonia Leszno (2-0) 76-56. Polonia Leszno outrebounded Kotwica 37-23 including a 28-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. Point guard Marc-Oscar Sanny (186-96) orchestrated the victory by scoring 22 points. The former international Kamil Chanas (190-85) contributed with 17 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Jakub Zalewski (184-86) replied with 13 points and Daniel Grujic (201-90, agency: Alti Sport) added 10 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Kotwica. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Polonia Leszno's next round opponent will be Slask in Wroclaw and it will be for sure the game of the week. Kotwica will play on the road against Pogon Prudnik (#8) and hope to win that game.
